Q1: When should I place my order to ensure delivery before the holidays?
Pre-orders are open now, with shipments dispatching nationwide beginning October 30. Because our batches are handmade in limited quantities and sold out quickly last season, we strongly recommend placing your order early. You can also leave a note with your preferred delivery week during checkout.
Q2: How long do the holiday bars stay fresh, and how should they be stored?
Northern Bars are crafted with fresh, premium ingredients. While they are shelf-stable for up to 4–5 months in a cool, dry place (below 20°C), we recommend keeping them refrigerated and serving them chilled for the best texture and flavour.
Q3: Can I place a corporate order or send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. We offer multi-recipient shipping for corporate and bulk gifting. Please email info@northernbars.ca to coordinate custom delivery schedules, branding options, and invoices.
