Standard couriers operate Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If your receiving window falls outside these hours, please let us know so we can arrange specialized delivery options. Extra fees will apply.

Q: Can we include custom branding or gift messages with our corporate orders?
A: Absolutely. We offer customization options such as, custom hangtags and sleeves for qualified order sizes. Please contact us with your specifications.
Q: How far in advance do we need to place a corporate or event order?
A: Without custom branding, we take 10 business day for production. For customized branding requests, please contact us 2–3 weeks ahead to ensure production and material availability.
Q: Do you offer local pickup and shipping options?
A: Yes. We offer convenient, free in-store pickup at our Granville Island location in Vancouver. We also provide local courier delivery across Greater Vancouver and shipping across Canada.
Q: How should the Nanaimo bars be stored before the event?
A: The bars maintain their quality best when stored at temperatures below 20°C (freezing is not recommended). For the best tasting experience, placing them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours prior to serving is highly recommended.
